since i had only some soup for lunch, my stomach was screaming FOOD FOOD FOOD by 5pm. i decided to shut it up with half a ziplock full of special K cereal. didn't check how many calories, but i forgave myself. then my mom comes home with some tarts and stuff. couldn't resist. had one. later, saw a little bag of BBQ lays chips. 150 calories. had a pack. then had some welch's 'light' grape juice. about 30 calories.
i feel like crap. i lost control.
